By managing our own manufacturing and keeping production in-house, we stripped away traditional retail markups—offering a price that is just twice our production cost, without compromising on reliability. We are not here to sell a luxury status symbol. We are here to share a genuinely unique timepiece that we loved creating, and we hope you’ll love wearing.

    In 2019, I bought my very first mechanical watch. I still remember being completely mesmerized by the sharp click of the winding gears and the heartbeat of the balance wheel. Like many enthusiasts, I fell deep down the horological rabbit hole. I dreamed of owning those visually striking, independent watch designs with non-traditional dial layouts. But the reality was discouraging: anything remotely unique cost thousands of dollars, while the affordable options felt standard, safe, and honestly, a bit boring for a younger generation. I just wanted a watch that felt like me, without draining my savings.

    For the next few years, I spent my spare time studying microbrands and sketching my own watch concepts. Most of them were wild and un-producable, but the passion never left. Then in 2023, I met Kevin Gao. Kevin is a veteran watchmaker with 15 years of technical expertise, specializing in movement modification. I had grown tired of assembling standard, mass-produced three-hand watches day after day. I wanted to build something different, and I wanted to make unique design accessible.

    Turning Renders Into Reality

    In 2026, after three years of trial and error, we finally founded YOYG. Because we operate our own production and quality inspection lines, we knew we couldn’t cut corners. We lost count of how many custom-modified components failed our initial stability tests. It took months of tweaking tolerances and testing multiple working prototypes on the timegrapher to ensure the watch ran flawlessly. We didn't launch this project until we were 100% confident that the mechanics were as solid as the design.
